If you are identified as the registered owner or claimant of an asset we’ve taken possession of, we will contact you directly with the following information and options:

1. Our Legal Position & Responsibility.

We will notify you in writing that Modular Building Group has acquired the defunct company, and now legally holds the asset in question — including any units, vehicles, or related equipment registered in your name.

2. Your Options as the Registered Owner.

We will provide you with a range of practical options to resolve ownership:

• Delivery to your property: We can arrange delivery of your unit to your registered address or another approved location.

• Transfer to bonded warehouse: If immediate delivery is not possible, we can transfer the unit to a bonded warehouse nearest to your location for secure holding.

• Support in reselling your unit: If you no longer require the unit — especially if a significant amount of time has passed since your original purchase — we can assist in marketing and reselling the unit on your behalf.

3. If Ownership is Declined or Cannot Be Confirmed.

In the event that you do not wish to claim the unit, or we are unable to reach you after documented and reasonable attempts, we will assume full legal ownership of the unit and may repurpose, sell, or redeploy it for use in future construction or housing initiatives.
